How Do I Return an Item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
Online and in-store purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase either:
- By mail through our Online Returns Center, or
- In store
Approved returns will receive a refund for the purchase price and applicable taxes, issued to the original form of payment.
Return Condition Requirements
To receive a full refund, items must:
- Be returned with the original sales receipt or packing slip
- Be in new or like-new condition
- Be in the original packaging
- Include all paperwork (manuals, assembly instructions)
- Include all accessories and hardware
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or was shipped incorrectly, please contact our Customer Support immediately so we can assist you.
Non-Returnable Items
For sanitary and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Bathtubs and bath accessories
- Breastfeeding and feeding items and accessories
- Diapering items and accessories
- Mattresses
- Pacifiers
- Potty training items and accessories
- Powders and liquids
- Pregnancy pillows
- Swimwear
- Thermometers
- Wipes
Stroller & Car Seat Policy
- Used strollers and car seats cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
- Please set up and test strollers indoors only, on a carpeted or clean surface.
- Test all stroller functions indoors before use.
- Once a stroller has been used outdoors, it cannot be returned, as it can no longer be sold as new.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to a damaged or defective item
How to Return Your Item
- Contact Customer Support by email to request return authorization and obtain an RMA number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Use protective packing materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Include a copy of the packing slip, or a note with:
- Your name
- Address
- RMA number
- Reason for return
5. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method (e.g., UPS).
⚠️ Important:
- An RMA number is required. Returns without an RMA may be refused.
- We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
